Your contribution
- Provide customer support on a wide range of HR enquiries and systems.
- Liaise and negotiate with a range of stakeholders, such as Queensland Shared Services, Recruit Complete, QSuper, Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy, Public Service Commission and other agencies as required for organisation of HR activities and events.
- Provide support in the preparation, development and record management of reports, submissions, briefing notes and other correspondence in relation to a range of human resources issues.
- Assist in processes including developing and updating role descriptions, induction and separation procedures and performance and development processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new human resource documentation and procedures.
- Consistently display the ECQ and Queensland Government values, ensuring that these are upheld at all levels of the organisation.

Desirable requirements
- experience with Aurion ESS and associated processes, or
- experience in human resource processing in a State Government environment, or
- qualifications in Human Resources.
