**The Role**
As a Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the Service team, ensuring a high level of performance and compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling and coordinating labour, resources, procurement and delivery
- Reviewing operation and maintenance practices to ensure compliance with forecast budgets, maintenance policies and procedures, and health and safety guidelines
- Implementing and updating documentation as required; outage reports, service reports, and digital maintenance work orders
- Monitor resources, schedules, and activities to effectively manage the delivery of maintenance activities
- Evaluating hazards, controlling risks, and undertaking regular inspections of systems and equipment
- Responsible for compliance with OHS policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Electrical trade qualification
- Previous maintenance and service supervision/leadership experience favourable
- Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to liaise with multidisciplinary people and efficiently resolve conflict
- Must have strong supervision skills in addition to knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and protocols regarding maintenance activities and health and safety.
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
