**The Company**

A global sports healthcare equipment company and leading manufacturer of orthopaedic braces and supports. They combine years of expertise and scientific research to produce products that support athletes and elite sport clubs to regain their mobility and movement

**The Role**

The business is looking for a motivated individual to ensure the smooth running of the Canberra based retail store.

This is a permanent full-time position.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop junior staff members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff rostering, training and onboarding.
- Effectively communicate the products features, benefits and uses to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and place new inventory orders as needed.
- Collaborate with other business departments to drive business growth.

**About You**
- 3+ years of retail management experience.
- Ability to lead a team while keeping them engaged, happy and focused.
- Motivated and driven to succeed.
- Strong merchandising and inventory skills.
