At **JUST SHOOT ME**, we capture beautiful moments of newborns, babies, toddlers, kids, teens, and families. We run a vibrant and dynamic _**POP-UP Photo Studio**_ in Sydney's shopping centres.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an Experienced Studio Photographer to join our team. As a Studio Photographer, you will be an essential part of creating a fun and memorable experience for our young clients and their families. This position offers the flexibility of casual hours, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals (such as stay-home moms seeking to re-enter kids photography) looking to embark on a rewarding journey in this unique industry.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Passion for working with children, from newborns to 10 years old.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Creativity and adaptability, with a well-rounded skill set.
- Physical fitness, health, and an active demeanor.
- Understanding of the nuances of Kids Photography.
- Strong creativity and flexibility, combined with all-around skills.
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation for travel to shopping centers.
- Permanent residency in the Sydney area

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high-quality, on-point photography in line with our studio standards for each child.
- Collaborate closely with the Studio Manager and crew members.
- Read and respond to children's behavior, engaging with them on their level.
- Maintain a repertoire of age-appropriate poses for each child's session.
- Sustain high energy levels throughout the day.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Fixed shift
