**Role Summary**:
The Operations Performance Analyst role is an opportunity in our Operational Insights & Governance team based at our Forrest Centre site.

Within this role the Operations Performance Analyst will be working with key stakeholders from across the business to deliver insights using Power BI that lead to increased productivity, improved customer experience and lower operational costs.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Build and maintain customised reporting to support customer requirements through the use of SQL querying logic and Power BI. Key support areas include credit management, revenue assurance, customer service and billing, quality assurance, training, and regulatory compliance.
- Be an advocate for Power BI and play a key role in supporting self-service reporting capabilities and data literacy across the Business
- Consolidate, analyse, and validate complex structured & unstructured data sets from a variety of sources
- Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Proactively monitor customer data trends and conduct analytical deep dives, working with others to identify root causes and provide recommendations for improvement opportunities

**What you’ll bring**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, IT, or similar field
- Experience working in a business analysis, data analysis and reporting or related field and proficiency with business intelligence tools (SQL Server, Azure, Power BI, Power Query)
- Experience in using relational databases, data warehousing and data modelling (DAX, M, SQL, Python)
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence and work with stakeholders from frontline to senior management
- Strong business analysis, business intelligence, management reporting and associated analytical skills
