Legal Secretary

**THE FIRM**
This boutique law firm based in Waterloo are currently seeking a motivated secretary with a desire to move to the legal industry or someone with experience in the legal industry to support their personal injury team. You will be helping support in a range of Workers compensation matters, with a focus on securing the best result for the Plaintiff.

**THE ROLE**
You will be reporting to the Managing Director at the firm. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Preparing and processing legal documents
- Preparing briefs
- Schedule medical appointments
- Liaising with clients
- Typing dictations
- Monthly Billing
- Ad hoc secretarial duties

**ABOUT YOU**
- You will need to a motivated, organised person who is ready to take on their next challenge
- Corporate Administration experience ideally within Legal
- Confidence liaising with clients, lawyers and senior staff members
- Strong attention to detail, along with exceptional organisational skills
- Competent time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong MS Office skills
