Creative Arts Performance nights in conjunction with the CAPA team.- Employ effective strategies for managing student expectations and wellbeing as well as

an ability to develop positive partnerships with College families.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and

problem-solving skills.
** Qualifications**:

- Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW (NESA)

**Junior School Specialist Classroom Teacher**

**Primary Purpose**:
The Junior School Specialist Classroom Teacher will work with other staff to be an effective
professional who demonstrates thorough curriculum knowledge, can teach and assess
effectively, take responsibility for professional development and promotes the aims and
objectives of the College. The Specialist teacher will have specific responsibility for specific
areas of learning across different stages in the Junior School and operates as part of the RFF
schedule. This will also include involvement in after-hours groups, events and performances.
Timetable responsibilities may also include other KLA lessons, as determined by the Deputy
Principal/ Head of Junior School.
