**About the role & **About** you**

Reporting into the People & Culture Partnering Lead you will oversee your assigned portfolios within the partnering team, providing strategic HR support to business units and ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Leading a team of approx. 5 direct reports across Tasmania and Sydney, you will show case your previous experience in blue collar and corporate HR operations.

- Operational blue collar and corporate HR Management experience
- The ability to make their own decisions and take account on fixing issues through consultation if required
- A knack for developing and managing EA strategies and negotiations
- Clear desire to develop, coach and mentor a team
- Generalist background in a fast manufacturing or FMCG environment
- A strong flexible work approach where being agile and responsive is second nature
- Demonstrated innovation in P&C practices
- A formal qualification - relevant degree or AHRI certification
- Full working rights in Australia with a valid Australian driver’s licence

This role can be based in Hobart or Sydney Olympic Park and requires supporting a geographically diverse business around Australia which will require visits to other sites with interstate travel.
