**Job Details**:
**Location**: St Leonards
**Days/Hours**: F/T, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
**Employment Status**: Perm
**Salary**: from $50,000 pa + super

**You will be responsible for...**
- Helping to manage the department’s inbound and outbound mail and magazines and processing orders into our database;
- Answering inbound calls from subscribers, responding to queries and processing orders into our database, any resulting file maintenance, outbound calls and administration;
- Contact point with the mailing house, managing deadlines and supplying despatch data;
- The role will also offer general support to the department and its staff.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Call centre/telephone experience and admin capabilities - especially within an associated industry will be an advantage;
- Must be confident on the phone, have good time management skills, be able to work in a deadline driven environment with solid attention to detail;
- Must be able to work well within a team, as well as work autonomously with their own responsibilities and deadlines to manage and achieve;
- Must have a flexible work approach as priorities change - often working under pressure;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- A sound knowledge of MS office software with good Excel experience in particular, plus Word and Outlook. A familiarity with subscription databases would be an advantage, but on-the-job training will be given for our specific software programme;

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
