- Salary $70k to $80k per annum, plus commission

Solve Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading organization for an exciting Asset Finance Broker opportunity. Our client is a successful motorcycle/automotive distributor, is experiencing significant growth and wishes to add another Broker to their team.

They collaborate closely with their clients to gain an understanding of their individual needs and help them choose suitable finance options, tailored to suit their needs.

Whether someone is an employee or self-employed, looking to buy a new or used vehicle from a dealership or privately, or looking to grow their business with new equipment or in need of a new fit out, this organization can help

Due to continued growth, we require a Finance Broker to join the team and take the opportunity to grow with our client

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Helping customers and commercial businesses with finance options tailored to their needs and supporting our Dealer network.
- Promptly respond to any leads given through our dealer and customer network.
- Build great relationships and strengthen them for future opportunities.
- Screen clients to understand their needs and accurately place them to the correct lender to service their requirements.
- Prepare finance documents and any other supporting information for customers and receive them for settlements.
- Effectively engage with all team members to maintain a friendly and high-performing team environment.
- Servicing our existing dealer and commercial network and sourcing new business to help grow the company.

**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE YOU MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA**:

- **2 or more years experience as a Finance Broker or experience in a similar field.**:

- **Excellent customer service and Asset Finance experience.**:

- Able to handle general customer enquiries.
- Knowledge of lenders and their systems along with excellent computer skills preferred though not essential.
- The ability to work by autonomously and prioritize daily tasks.
- Excellent presentation and being able to liaise with clients.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent work ethic and driven to succeed.
- Experience working towards KPIs.
- Asset broking experience preferred though not essential.
- Cert IV preferable though not essential.
- Excellent Team Player to fit in with family friendly atmosphere.
