Our client is a well-established multi-franchise motor group, offering a wide range of vehicles from four different manufacturers as well as a range of services such as: Offer Fleet pricing and Solutions, Finance and Insurance Services, Servicing Vehicles, and Supplying Motor Vehicles.
**About the Role**:
Our client is a currently seeking an
**experienced Payroll Officer** to join their team. As an integral member of the finance department, this role will be responsible for the
**End-to-End processing** of the Group’s weekly payroll for 5 entities in an accurate, timely and efficient manner. You will be an experienced Payroll Officer whom will be valued in a well-established business.
**Key Duties**:
- End to End processing of the Group’s weekly payroll for 5 entities in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
- Collation and verification of weekly timesheets and commission reports in preparation for accurate data entry into payroll software
- Setup of new employees and amendments where required to existing employees
- Cross check and reconciliation of all payroll data entry before submitting for approval
- Obtain payroll approval and load to the bank for processing.
- Download weekly payroll report for each entity and import the payroll expenses to the DMS
- Distribute pay slips and commission reports to employees
- Print all payroll reports and file.
- Prepare all payroll end of month lodgments and payments including superannuation, payroll tax and employee deductions
- Support implementation of new time and attendance system
**Skills & Experience**:
- Excellent work ethic and a “can do” Attitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional, polished presentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Intermediate MS Office 365 skills including Excel
- Honesty, reliability, and punctuality Qualifications & Experience
- Multi company experience
- Award interpretation
- 5+ Years working in an end-to-end payroll position
