**Relocation Co-ordinator
**Your opportunity**

Based in our Campbelltown head office, we are looking for a self-driven person to take on the role of a Relocation Coordinator’s role in our Move Dynamics division of Grace Worldwide. The main responsibility is to assist in the day to day services of the numerous currently held contracts and their relocating employees. Provide excellent customer service to our clients and relocating employees to ensure they experience a smooth and stress-free relocation.

**About The Role**
- Provide information, assistance and training regarding Move Dynamics services to internal and external customers.
- Develop a sound working knowledge of Move Dynamics services, processes and seek to continuously improve efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Solve service problems
- Communicate relocating employee requirements to Provider Panel as appropriate.
- Facilitate and resolve relocating employee issues with appropriate parties.
- Provide information on winning bidders to authorised ordering authority contacts for approval prior to relocation commencing.
- Develop strong relationships with relocating employees to ensure a clear understanding of their needs.
- Continuously endeavour to delight the relocating employee whilst maximising Move Dynamics revenue and profit.
- Keep relevant parties fully informed with regards to Move Dynamics service issues.
- Build strong relationships with authorised ordering authority contacts to ensure clear and open communication is maintained.
- Communicate effectively and persuasively with internal and external clients.
- Act as the relocating employee’s main point of contact.
- Identify causes of service problems with customers and provide solutions

**About You**
- Intermediate level MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Good Geographical knowledge
- Efficient communication both written and verbal
- Professional, courteous & helpful telephone manner
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn new technology and processes
- Current Drivers Licence - Passenger Car
