Responsibilities:

As a Waiter/Waitress at Hookah Lane, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.


Your main responsibilities will include:

Guest Service:
Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist them in finding suitable seating, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit.

Menu Knowledge:

Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and hookah flavors, and provide recommendations and explanations to guests.


Order Taking:
Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy, and enter them into the system promptly.

Table Maintenance:
Keep tables clean, set up and clear tables efficiently, and maintain a well-organized and inviting dining area.

Attention to Detail:
Pay attention to special requests, dietary restrictions, and allergies to ensure a personalized and safe dining experience.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and smooth coordination of orders.

Upselling:
Promote specials, add-ons, and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests.

Bill Handling:
Present and process bills accurately, handle payments, and provide excellent follow-up service.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers and team members.

Previous Experience:
Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus, but not mandatory.
