**About the Role**

The Case Management Support Officer role is a team membership position that works to effectively manage the intake and assessment of AAT matters and correspondences.

This role supports Case Managers with drafting documents and following processes to assist in progressing AAT Applications to early resolution, conciliation, and hearing.

**Responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:

- Receiving and registering new matters.
- Actioning and directing correspondence.
- Assessing and responding to risk from processes, including in terms of privacy considerations and priority.
- Organising assessments to support the decision-making process for case managers.
- Excellent administrative experience and practice within a high-volume working environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to be proactive and use critical thinking to navigate complex projects.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver outcomes and manage workloads to meet timeframes.
- Strong communication and relationship skills.
- Ability to prepare documents, such as those that explain a position under legislation, with strong attention to detail.
