**Your New Role**
As a key member of the Member Growth & Marketing Department, within the Creative Services team, the purpose of this position is to provide leadership, coordination and delivery of video and audio content that enhance the AustralianSuper brand and reflect our core values to our members, employers, and employees.
This is a new role within the Fund and there is scope to define the value and design responsibilities of this role over time.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Deliver video and audio assets according to brief and deliverables within project timelines and brand guidelines, understand the audience needs and consider the full member experience and champion best practice video development and design.
- End-to-end delivery of video and audio content incorporating all steps of video production (Pre-production, Production, Post-production) that will meet a broad range of business needs.
- Manage production and post-production equipment and provide advice and recommendations on the future purchase of equipment.
- Ability to shoot in different environments and scenarios (in office and on location).
- Adhere to and cooperate with all AustralianSuper OHS policies and procedures. The types of video and audio content undertaken will include but not limited to educational and instructional videos, webinars, podcasts, interviews, social media videos, video content to support SEO strategy, investment videos, product and performance videos, documentary style videos, internal employee related videos and event coverage.
**What You’ll Need**
- Demonstrated experience in all aspects of video production, from pre-production through to post-production gained from a large corporate organisation or agency.
- Strong proficiency in video production and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.
- Design focused, have an eye for detail and enthusiastic about creating new ways of reinventing visual and audio communication and branded assets.
- Must have experience with working closely with and directing talent and practical knowledge in camera setups, lighting techniques, and audio recording equipment.
- Experience delivering videos in various formats and optimising them for different platforms.
- Knowledgeable with both audio and video equipment including recommendations and maintenance.
- Experience in setting up a studio onsite and on location for corporate, educational and interview style videos.
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, pressing deadlines and some ambiguity with ease whilst balancing competing interests.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders across the organisation. Ability to travel interstate when required. Possession of a driver's license would be desirable.
