**What's the role about?**

Firstly, an apology. We're not into film and tv, directors or producers around here. We're into the i-don't-care-what-it-takes-get-things-done-make-excellent-ads kind of deal here and if this screams you, then read on through.

You’ll start off with ideating the concept first-hand, jump on through to storyboarding, shoot to make it come to life, then go onto editing with motion graphics. Next thing you know, your video has launched within the week and you can sit back knowing that your video is in front of thousands of eyeballs.

You can kind of tell that this role is a full works kind of thing from start to finish. The simple reason for this is because this is a role where we want you to be proud of your own work too. And love what you do. So of course, you want to be involved in every step of the way. Real passion drives agility and speed, your video will also need to be fast, effective and tell them what they need to know ASAP.

As our video content producer, you’ll be our go-to-person to ensure that Eva comes to life through fun, compelling, share-worthy stories and ads across all of our social platforms. Working collaboratively with the broader marketing team, you can take pride in being part of the direction of our brand and in playing a crucial role in amplifying our stories for our diverse demographic.

**Requirements**:
Here's what a day in the job looks like:

- Create and develop content (audio/video) to communicate all parts of our brand & brand story to current & potential customers.
- Work independently, as well as part of a team to ideate, script, storyboard, manage budget, allocate resources and set deadlines to achieve set project deliverables.
- Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
- Develop production schedules.
- Edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
- Work with our team of external videographers
- Work with marketing team to evaluate analytics of video content and make improvements based on insights.
- Working with the digital graphic designer in the creation of digital graphic and motion content that may include: EDM’s, direct social adverts, display advertising and more.

**What do you look like?**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role with a good understanding of the online/digital media campaign space
- Excellent motion graphics know-how
- Expert confidence with the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut & Adobe Premiere Pro or other relevant editing software
- Experience working with digital design and short form video to tell stories
- Experience working with digital marketing agencies and have an understanding of the nuances required when editing for each specific social platform (Facebook, Instagram to name a few )
- Post-production and editing skills
- Ability to turn a blank canvas into any type of sets required
- The ability to manage & successfully execute multiple concurrent projects
- A portfolio of successful content examples
