**What you’ll do
- Establish a clear vision in collaboration with key stakeholders to guide development and support the team to deliver high quality solutions and outcomes
- Create and manage a comprehensive roadmap, overseeing strategy, planning, and end-to-end delivery of key priorities
- Partner with teams to ensure effective resource allocation across initiatives, fostering productivity and value delivery.
- Facilitate discussions to navigate conflicting business priorities, managing the backlog through a team-oriented approach.Track and communicate product KPIs collaboratively, engaging with leadership to align on goals and ensure accountability.

**What you’ll bring
- Experience leading small to medium teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record of managing large programs and engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to identify, assess, and design innovative solutions.
- Strong understanding of business principles and commercial strategies.Familiarity with store operations and the retail environment is a plus.
