ACRWORLD are working with an existing client who are seeking a Service Co-ordinator.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Office Manager, the co-ordinator will support the operation and development of the business.
- Processing orders and invoices
- Speaking to technicians and scheduling technicians.
- Dealing with accounts/customers
- Quotations
- Using a system called simPRO.

**The successful applicant must have and display the following**:

- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Proactive, flexible approach to completion of work
- Good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, including an ability to prioritise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment
- Attention to detail

House: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm / 9:00am - 5:00pm.
