**Job Description**:
Working across the APAC Marketing team and with our APAC Recruitment Director, the Communications Lead is accountable for developing and delivering the communications and PR strategy for the region.

You will be responsible for overseeing internal and external communications - including internal communications processes and policies, as well as the external strategy to raise the visibility of our experts, services and employer brand - to ensure consistency and high standards in all 13 Asia Pacific markets.

**Responsibilities**:
Brand & Marketing Communications
- Be a champion of Colliers global brand messaging and engage with others across the organization to ensure alignment and consistency
- Amplify thought provoking insights working closely with APAC Insights leader
- Champion Colliers employer brand and messaging internally and externally.
- Foster collaboration and connectivity across APAC with the PR and Comms experts.
- Develop media relationships across the region to ensure sharing of deals/assignments and raising the profile of our people.
- Develop, implement and measure communications and PR strategies that align with the strategic direction of the organization
- Develop and cascade communications processes, policies, platforms and best practice to national marketing teams and regional service lines

Corporate Communications
- Develop, implement, and measure communications strategies that align with the strategic direction of the organization
- Lead internal communications strategies that align APAC to the 2025 Growth Strategy and brand as well as increase employee engagement
- Develop internal communications
- Create plans and support crisis communications and issues management protocols
- Actively pitch to regional media and reactively respond to media requests
- Support media training for senior leaders across markets

**Qualifications**:
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in communications
- Media, communications or marketing degree or relevant qualifications.
- Excellent writing and copyediting skills, with ability to conceive, inspire, edit and deliver exceptional communications.
- Versatile thinker, able to problem solve and has a can-do attitude.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with ability to lead programmes and adapt to changing priorities.
