We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join a State Government Department as an HR Administration Officer. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive support to the Human Resources (HR) team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.

**About the role**:

- Assist in the administration of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, leave records, and training records.
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.

**About you**:

- Sound knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Familiarity with HR software systems and proficiency in using MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

**Benefits**:

- Casual Temporary Assignment until December 2023
- ASAP Start Date (pending Police Clearance)
- Full-Time Hours, Monday-Friday
- $49.37 per hour + super
- Brisbane CBD Location
