Training Administrator

**The Role**
Due to continued growth Trace JV are currently seeking a Training Coordinator. This potential position will see you based in Perth managing the training of a large white and blue-collar workforce to a number of Onshore and Offshore Facilities. This fast paced and diverse role will require you to be fast thinking, highly organised and have excellent time management skills.
**Requirements**:
- Duties will include but not limited to:_
- Create New Starter Profiles in Various Personnel Management Systems
- Enter Training Certificates into Sharepoint and other Online systems
- Liaise with Training Vendor’s
- Book in Training courses with workers ensuring compliance to the Training Matrix.
- Follow up workers to remind them of courses and ensure they attended
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Exposure to online Personnel Management Systems and Sharepoint
- Experience with Excel, MS Word & Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple conflicting tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must enjoy fast paced evolving environment
- Experience in resources sector highly regarded
- Must be proactive & flexible
