Warehouse Administrator

Based In Laverton, our clients are a major logistics service provider, offering quality warehouse and fulfilment. Specialising in quality warehousing and national distribution services throughout Australia.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who can demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication and computer skills. Experience on Microsoft Excel and previous experiences in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS ) Data entry.

This role is Monday to Friday with early morning starts 6.00am - 7.30am.

**Skills and experience required to perform the role**:

- Inbound orders
- Prioritise & release Orders for picking
- Upload Orders into WMS and Auspost daily
- Outbound orders
- Preparing despatch labels/paperwork & manifesting loads
- Maintain daily KPI report
- Update Control Board
- Filing/Archiving
- Co-ordinate Warehouse kitting activities;
- Process Inbounded stock from supplier
- Transact off consumed stock in WMS
- Prepare kitting tasks
- Receipt kitted items into stock in WMS
- Prepare outbound paperwork from WMS
- Assist with Stocktake preparation and Cycle Count adjustments
- Update Client excel files**What you will bring to the team**:

**Salary**: $31.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Laverton, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
