Billing and Credits Maestro

Are you ready to be a cornerstone of our billing and credits team? We're seeking dynamic individuals with a passion for accuracy, a flair for customer service and engagement, and a knack for navigating various data sources.

In this pivotal role, you'll reconcile supplier invoices, generate customer invoices, and provide stellar reporting to the broader business. Fast learners with a continuous improvement mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills will thrive in our dynamic
environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Execute supplier invoice reconciliations under the guidance of the Billing and Accounts Team Leader.
• Upload supplier invoices into our cuttingedge Transport Management System (TMS).
• Analyse and investigate variances in costs championing credit claims with suppliers.
• Raise recurring billing and credit issues with the Billing and Accounts Team Leader, contributing to the central resolution register.
• Excellent customer service experience
• Background in Logistics and Freight
• Love crunching data and finding insights and answers
