We are rapidly growing our business in 2024 and are expanding into Melton Area of Western Melbourne and are looking for passionate and engaging new graduate Allied Health Professionals specializing in Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Psychotherapy to join our teamin Melton Victoria. **The opportunity**:

- Support families to implement therapy strategies into their everyday lives through coaching, clinic and community-based therapy, group programs and linking families with community supports;
- Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure ongoing communication, coaching, modelling and support are provided to ensure quality therapy services and supports;
- Ensure a focus on continuous improvement through participation in our comprehensive professional development program, regular meetings, training sessions and career development plans.

Key Requirements:

- Passion for making a difference in the lives of NDIS participants and their families
- Well-spoken English language
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Professional presentation
- NDIS knowledge (preferable, but not mandatory)
- Able to work within a multi-disciplinary team and autonomously in the community;
- Possess a valid Australian Drivers licence and car which can be used for community visits;
- Able to obtain or have - Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS Workers Screening Check, CPR and First Aid certificate.

The position is casual, primarily covering the Melton area Western Melbourne, offering a dynamic work environment within a diverse, passionate, and collaborative company.
