About the Practice
We are a busy Chiropractic clinic comprising of two Chiropractors and massage therapists. We have been established for over 20 years. We treat a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions across all age groups.

The Role
Looking for an experienced allied healthcare receptionist. We are offering a casual/part-time position with hours varying from Monday

  • Saturday.

Duties
Responsibilities include a full range of front desk duties including:

  • Answering calls, fielding enquires and appointment diary management
  • Contacting and following up patient recalls
  • Greeting patients
  • Scanning, copying and filing
  • Payments, receipting and account management
  • Liaising with insurance companies
  • General provision of practitioner support for daily operations

Skills and Experience

  • Experience with Visitbase, other Patient management software and HICAPS preferred but not essential
  • High level of productivity with the ability to multitask to ensure smooth running of the business
  • Excellent communication skills, high level of telephone etiquette and face to face
- proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and general computer utilisation

  • High level of self awareness, fast learner, initiative, able to work autonomously and as part of a team with good attention to detail.
