**In this job you will**:
As the Operations Manager at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology.
- Oversee and manage the daily operational requirements of the internal DHL business units
- Ensure all service levels nationally are met or exceeded
- Build and maintain successful relationships with Transport State Managers and contractors across all states
- Ensure successful operations and client requirements are met
- Ability to meet time sensitive deadlines

**You have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- In depth understanding of Transport Operations
- Proven track record in transport efficiencies
- Ability to build and leverage strong relationships and influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the Australian Road Transport network and distribution channels
- Analytical nature and process driven personality with a keen sense of urgency
- Strong leadership capabilities with a drive for continuous improvement & safety
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of WHS, IR, & COR within a transport environment
