**The Opportunity**

Join our Dulux Team as an Operator team member based in Dandenong South, VIC. This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process You’ll work rotating day and afternoon shifts 36 hours, 4 days per week, Monday - Thursday day shift 5.45am - 3.15pm, afternoon shift 3pm - 12.30pm. Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.

Once you’ve completed training; responsibilities will include:

- Batching of raw materials
- Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
- Working with robotics
- Cleaning of process equipment
- Manual handling and lifting

- Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
- Strong health and safety awareness
- Consistently punctual and reliable
