**About the Role**

Dandenong South, Dulux Protective Coatings and Cabots is a paint manufacturing site. It is both a manual and automated operations environment.

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic team members to join the operations team at Dulux, Dandenong South and thrive in a rewarding and supportive environment. As part of the team, you will be integral in helping us safely manufacture market-leading products to the highest quality and service expectations of our customers.

Being flexible and available to work both day and afternoon shift would be an advantage. You'll be required to work 8 hours a day, 9 days a fortnight, with a rostered day off.

**Responsibilities**

Production Team Members are responsible for producing paint using manual and automated processes. This involves measuring a variety of liquid and powder raw materials, following detailed instructions and procedures to make, mix, fill and test paint. You will need to have an eye for detail and coordination to operate machine pumps, drums and mixers.

**Skills & Experience**
- Willing to learn and enthusiastic to be trained in an exciting new industry
- Process and action oriented
- Committed to work and maintaining a safe, harm-free environment
- Able to problem-solve in a team environment
- Be Mechanically & Technically minded
- Forklift Licence would be an advantage
