**The Role**
You will develop yourself into a high performing Recruitment Consultant, learning from the basics, right up to becoming a valued and trusted partner to your clients, focused on recruiting Technical & Engineering positions, both permanent & on-hired professionals (white collar casuals).

You will receive support, training and mentoring by experienced senior recruitment professionals to develop your skills and capabilities so that, in time, you will be able to perform the full duties of your role as follows;
- Read and understand detailed job descriptions and job briefs of a variety of roles to identify the key qualifications, skills and experience required of a person to fulfil that job.
- Develop reports and summaries of each shortlist client, and present to the client (hiring manager) and coordinate final interviews at the client's site.
- Assist the client with the Due Diligence (ID, qualification & visa verification, reference checking) and the on-boarding process.
- Deliver your work in a Quality focused, consistent, professional manner using our well-developed systems, processes and procedures.

**You**
- Tertiary qualified Diploma level to Degree in a relevant field such as HR, Business Administration, or Sales and Marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Current driving license so you can get out and about to meet clients and visit different workplaces.
- A strong work ethic is essential for your success, you will get out what you put into your career Work hard, enjoy the journey, and be rewarded.
