The Role:
As an Xmas Fashion Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to customers, ensuring they find the perfect activewear for their needs. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve high performance standards, enjoy rewarding commission incentives, and wear activewear every day – who wouldn't love that?

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting customer expectations consistently.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rockwear's products, services, and values to provide informed recommendations to customers.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales, meet targets, and exceed expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
