Are you a talented and experienced Test Lead and ready to join our Functional Testing Team within the Payment Settlements (PS) department.

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring planned and applied testing on mission critical Payment Settlements Systems achieve an outcome of the highest quality and functional reliability that is in keeping with the Department’s overall risk appetite.

You will be supporting your Team Leads and Manager in a variety of strategic and day to day tasks that include heavy coordination and maintaining strong relationships with business stakeholders, project delivery team and other project/BAU teams.

**Your background**
- Good understanding and knowledge in functional testing Payments Settlements systems.
- Solid experience in system and software development methodologies and testing lifecycle, techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in analysis of complex and integrated business domains and in developing and operationalising Test Strategies and Plans for small projects.
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining other testing related documentation (e.g. test cases, summary reports, handover documents, etc).
- Ability to facilitate and provide guidelines to the team on the analysis, development and review of test documentation.
- Experience and ability to lead and guide other testers, including performing test execution or working in silo where required.
- Advanced understanding of tools that can be used for testing.
- Knowledge and experience in adhering to testing standards and practices.
- Experience in effective stakeholder management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Degree in IT, finance or other relevant discipline.
- ISTQB Advance Level or equivalent test certifications.
