Customer Support Officer

EML is a leading **Workers Compensation** and **Personal Injury Claims Management** business. The purpose of this role is to ensure all conciliation/legal outcomes are paid within the legislative timeframes, to avoid penalty. The role requires regular up of information with multiple stakeholders to allow payments to be processed.

This will be a **permanent, full time **position based in the **Melbourne **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Process WIC/WCIRS/Legal outcome payments in an accurate and timely manner.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Provide advice with regards to payment queries and processes.
- Investigate over and under payments.
- Collate, run, update and analyse payment reports on a regular basis.
- General administration as required (i.e. bank account set up, claims systems work queues, letter creation and sending)

**ABOUT YOU**
- knowledge of the compensation system (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and within a diverse and fast paced team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and time management skills
