**Job Description**:
**Primary Responsibilities and Priorities**
Leading market engagement activities across ANZ and developing marketing and messaging in support of major pursuits, the Clients & Strategic Growth Specialist works with a variety of internal stakeholders across the business in order to assist with development and implementation of the growth strategy for the business line (Transport).
As a predominantly client facing role, the client relationship is important to you: understanding their needs and wants and how they can best be met is paramount to the way you do your job. Your engaging manner facilitates your client relationships and allows your innate sales skills to shine.
You’re collaborative by nature, and with your positive mindset and engaging personality you fully embrace the team culture, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate the best strategy for pursuit and capture of desirable clients and winning of work.
You have well formed idea of the bigger picture and inspire others to think broadly across business lines; you’re not afraid to step outside the box and embrace new and different strategies if those believe it will positively impact AECOM’s positioning in the market, and you’ll bring everyone else along for the ride.
