Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

- PMO Lead is a leadership role which includes management of multi-tower account.
- The key role is to lead a multi-location team to support account team on different aspects ranging from accurate invoicing to onboarding resources.
- The role is client facing, hence needs the person to have good engagement skills.
- This is a hands-on role and will include responsibilities like onboarding/offboarding, facilitate interviews, resourcing tagging and timesheet reconciliations.
- This role will also contribute to the financial governance reporting, invoicing and forecasting activities.
- Prior experience in managing PMO operations in a client facing situation.
- Ability to lead a team in an onshore/offshore model. Provide direction to team to ensure timely execution of various monthly activities.
- Understanding of contractual and commercial obligations.
- Ability to rally different teams in a large organisation to deliver right outcomes for customer.
- Strong understanding of financials - Monthly reporting, Invoicing, Revenue Forecasting.
- Driving project managers to ensure that hygiene on project tools is maintained effectively.
- Strong organisational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in use of MS Office is mandatory.

- Recruitment Support - tagging and recruitment drives offshore
- Governance & Controls - preparing packs for client and internal governance meetings
