In this role, you will be working with all members of the Amazon team and will be an advocate for continuous learning and development at the site. You will play a pivotal role in introducing new hires to the Amazon culture and work closely with process leads and team managers to drive talent and skill development. Providing high-level program facilitation and administrative management, you will help to drive performance and capability improvement.

**Client Details**

In this position, you will be responsible for deploying and executing learning and training plans to current and new associates, to support site execution. Aligned with Amazon's Learning & Development strategy, this role will be focused on improving operational metrics by standardising process execution.

**Description**

Develop, assess, track, and facilitate training-related programs for new and current employees, including team manager and lead roles + Work closely with stakeholders and relevant team members for preparation, development and coordination of training events based on site and for regional needs + Contribute to continuous learning improvement and additional training projects as required and ensure learning content is customised to meet local needs + Build strong trust with peers across the learning team and collaborate on learning projects + Own reporting for learning on all training sessions, attendance, learner feedback etc. Document feedback and audit results to help associates identify strengths as well as area of improvements.
