**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Program Manager, Customised Programs to join QUT Graduate School of Business, Faculty of Business and Law, Academic Division.

The Program Manager, Customised Programs will be accountable for a significant program of work associated with the Graduate School of Business’s customised client courses and programs. The position requires outstanding organisational and relationship building skills in supporting the School and academics to tender for, coordinate and deliver on customised client courses and programs.

**What you need to succeed**

You will demonstrate:
1. Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to the completion of postgraduate qualifications in a business related discipline or related area in conjunction with extensive relevant sales experience.
2. Proven track record of successfully acquiring new professional service business, achieving annual targets. Demonstrated resilience to pursue and achieve recruitment goals.
3. Proven ability to oversee and manage a portfolio of projects, coordinating a program of works, dealing effectively with difficult project management issues and consistently achieving performance targets of scope, time cost and satisfaction.
4. Highly developed interpersonal communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Experience in writing compelling proposals and marketing copy.
5. Proven ability to successfully influence multi-disciplinary teams involved in the design, development and delivery of teaching and learning.
