**You'll be responsible for**
- Producing high quality investigation reports and ensuring to maximise claims savings and prosecution from fraud prevention activities.
- Conducting virtual interviews and communicating/liaising with the public, police and suppliers
- Investigations of suspicious insurance claims
- Meeting service level agreements in relation to customer service and productivity
- Ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and investigation guidelines

**About you**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting investigations and insurance experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data and patterns that inform judgements and solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interpret and analyse complex information and evaluate options for decision making.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
