**The Client**
A rapidly growing, known high performing government body with an emphasis on delivering high quality results with customer experience at the forefront of decision making. You'll be apart of a team working on life changing projects and have an opportunity to truly make a difference when going into work every day.

**The Team**
You will be part of a close-knit team with 2 direct reports underneath you including a Change Analyst and Change Lead. You'll also be working across wider teams to deliver desired outcomes.

**The Gig**
This role offers not only long term contracting agreements, but also supports a hybrid working model with 1 - 2 days per week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining time. Working in a close knit team, you'll understand the teams along with the stakeholders visions and be able to align expectations having high level conversations with all levels of leadership. Customer engagement and service transition are key elements of this role.

You'll be working on an integrated care portfolio getting ready to hit a major deliverable in the roadmap.

**Skills required**:

- Experience in a Change / Adoption manager role or equivalent.
- Experience managing direct reports.
- Extensive high level stakeholder management experience.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments without rigid structures.
- Strong organisational skills.

Experience working in a clinical environment is preferred but not mandatory.
