Take your career to a whole new level whilst gaining exposure to the Defence Industry in this exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity. ASC are seeking two quality Operations Administrators in a job share capacity, to join our robust production team in Henderson.

**_ About the Opportunity _**

Reporting to the Capability and Innovation Lead, the Operations Administrator is responsible for providing day to day administrative support of the Operations department ensuring the efficient, effective, accurate and timely processing of administrative services. The services provided by the Operations Department are necessary to ensure the corporation delivers submarine activities within schedule, budget and to the required quality levels while seeking opportunities to reduce operating costs and optimise outputs.

The services provided by the Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring that all of the appropriate mechanisms are in place to minimise the administrative burdens on the production leaders. This is a varied role and includes time collection and entry, domestic and international travel, collation of operational data and reports, invoice reconciliations, continuous improvement (CI) initiatives, and providing general support to the Operations Department.

To be considered for this role you will have the following skills, experience & attributes:

- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Strong administration experience within a heavy engineering or Defence related industry would be highly regarded.
- Able to prioritise a high volume of work including daily timesheet entry and travel arrangements.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to learn new systems.
- Keen eye for optimisation and process improvement.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively in the job shared capacity.
