**The Opportunity**

As the Digital Portfolio Specialist, you will support the HI Digital Portfolio with coordination and planning of digital initiatives to support best in class digital customer experiences. You will engage with others in the Digital team, wider delivery system and business to ensure the successful execution of Digital Delivery System outcomes. You will also support cadence-based planning of fixed-capacity in Program Increments (e.g. quarterly) and associated planning, readiness and reporting events.

This role requires great teamwork, camaraderie, flexibility, can do attitude, together with initiative, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to make the role a success.

**In this role you will**:

- Coordinate the planning of internal & external project meetings
- Capture outputs from meetings / workshops and distribute to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder engagement for project delivery updates of items including milestones, tracking of updates, budgets, and other delivery outcomes
- Follow up and ensure actions are completed by the Project and Delivery Stakeholders
- Respond to enquiries and resolving problems concerning project activities or reporting
- Coordinate management of project control risks, issues and dependency registers and other project tracking registers
- Prepare and reviewing reports concerning activities and milestones
- Collect and analysing data associated with projects undertaken, and reports on project outcomes
- Coordinate budget tracking and management activities

- Hold advanced level skills using Microsoft Office Suite: specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
- You have the ability to juggle higher-order activities with immediate needs of the team
- You are approachable and composed, particularly in high-pressure environments.
- Be familiar with:

- Digital design and development principles and standards, with clear judgment/rationale for

direction. Must have multi-format, multi-screen awareness.
- Working within a Lean PMO, “traditional” PMO and/or Project delivery environment
- Experience as a member of an agile working environment. Exposure to Scaled Agile is beneficial.
- Experienced with Software Development Workflow tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)
