**Previous Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Medical Specialist practice
- Experience with medical software, preferably Health Track

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Scheduling patient consultations and attending to inquires
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Invoicing and receipting of patient consultations
- Drafting of quotes and payment management
- Liaison with Medicare, health insurers, healthcare providers.
- Attending to doctors requests
- Conducting Patient Surveys

- You will undertake additional training and professional development when required
- You will support diversity in the workplace, and help us foster a caring and supportive environment for staff, patients, families and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills are required along with computer and technology capability

**Skills and Abilities**
- Maintain patient confidentiality
- Work in a team as well as autonomously
- Manage workflow, and delegate and prioritize appropriately
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong language skills and literacy

**This position requires our Medical Secretary/Receptionist to join us in this Full Time role commencing immediately**

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subiaco, WA 6008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Medical Secretary: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
