**About the Equipment & Services Team**

The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment that is responsible for the warehousing, set up and delivery of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, inventory management, set up and management of delivery teams and supply of CCEP’s wide range of equipment. The role of the EQS Workshop Technician is to support the CCEP Sales teams in driving revenue and growth in the CCEP business by way of ensuring commitments made to CCEP customers with respect to equipment placements and removals are fulfilled.

**About the Role**

The key objective of the EQS Workshop Technician role is to support the EQS team to provide high quality refurbished equipment to both internal and external stakeholders to drive sales growth and contribute to the success of KPI’s within Equipment & Services department. Consistently demonstrate the company Vision and Values and demonstrate safe behaviours at all times.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Safety Behaviour**
- Actively participate in Toolbox Talks.
- Safety inspections completed as per requirements.

**Service Responsibilities**
- Repair equipment and return it to a field ready condition.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with CCEP equipment standards.
- Report to the Workshop Team Leader any sub-standard conditions that lower efficiencies, degrade product quality, effect safety or cause equipment failure.
- Maintain adequate spare parts stocks levels in the refurbishing area.
- All spare parts required from store location to be requested in a timely manner, with all paperwork to be checked and forwarded to the Workshop Team Leader or Store Person for processing.

**Inventory Management**
- Ensure Parts and asset stocktakes and cycle counts are completed as per schedule.
- Ensure correct costing of parts.

**Adherence to Process, Policies, and use of IT Tools**:

- Ensure standard work procedure are followed.
- Correctly accounts for time at work using the appropriate Time & Attendance systems (e.g. Kronos)

We are looking for the following skills. experience and attributes
- Proven ability to problem solve and make quick decisions under time constraints
- Proven relationship management experience in particular working collaboratively and cross functionally, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives.
- Excellent time management and organisational capabilities
- Maintain Leader Standard work document and review team
- Proficient in systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
