**Qualification Requirement**:
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a Major in Mechatronics
**Position Responsibilities**:
- Ability to inspect, maintain and service automated machinery(CNC, Waterjet technology) and report any faults to management and co-workers
- Fundamental knowledge in CAM programming and NC Code / G-Code
- Identifying faults, OHS issues and troubleshooting by using electronic systems
- Analysing performance and products, then making suitable recommendations
- Scheduling training sessions and refresher workshops as required.
- Establishing high-quality standards and ensuring they are implemented by workers
- Regularly educating staff members on health and safety regulations.
- Implementation of preventative maintenance methods
- Knowledge of efficient methods of production and equipment maintenance procedures
- Problem-solving skills
- Good powers of observation
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
