- Drive client satisfaction through quality engagement and delivery of solution consulting services
- Deliver quality documentations to our project and product teams
- Work closely with our ERP project teams for the delivery of effective documentation for client training and change management
- Take the lead in preparing training schedules, documentation and promoting effective user-focused support
- Innovate by contributing ideas and concepts for product roadmap development
- Be a proactive customer champion by getting involved in user group activities such as conferences, meetings and webinars
- Take ownership of customer issues and see requests through to completion

**More about you**:

- You have impeccable communication and presentation skills
- You are not afraid to get in and get the work done, whether working individually or as a team
- You are a real problem solver and can analyse and work through complex issues
- You have hands-on project experience with ERP/ Procurement systems (advantageous)
- You have strong organisational skills and can comfortably manage multiple priorities and tasks
- You have an excellent attention to detail and are always on the lookout for ways to improve or streamline things
- You genuinely enjoy assisting others to learn and possess a passion for learning and self-development
- Prior experience in working in local government systems is desirable but not mandatory
- Understanding of the Government Sector would be of benefit but not mandatory
- You have a proven track record as a Support or Training consultant
