We are looking for an enthusiastic, guest focused Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join our talented F&B team at The Star Sydney

As an Operations Manager, you will report to the Director of F&B Operations and liaise with other key stakeholders to deliver the daily operations of our Premium Gaming venues along with the In room Dining experience for both The Star Grand and The Darling hotels.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for engaging, coaching and developing a large diverse team to achieve our goal of creating memorable experiences for our VIP Members and guests.

**Primarily, you will be responsible for the following**:

- Managing day-to-day operations of multiple outlets
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies and promotions to achieve profit
- Analysing the daily operational needs, maintaining beverage, labour, product, and expenses on budget
- Awareness and implementation of compliance and duty of care operational requirements, such as Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Coaching and developing a large diverse team across multiple outlets
