**About the Role**
Join BOQ Specialist in a 12 month max term contract as a Commercial Marketing Manager, a highly important role within our group

**Strategic marketing**
- Work closely with the Product team to define the overall approach in the commercial space and build campaigns and offers specifically tailored for the segments across the medical, dental, veterinary and accounting sectors.
- Work closely with the Corporate Health team to ensure we are supporting them to drive their strategy and build awareness of our offering in their space.
- Work closely with the Broker team to translate these plans for their audience
- Build and execute marketing campaigns that drive new-to-bank client and product acquisition
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns that focus on existing client engagement and retention.
- Manage and own the relevant marketing budget in this space.

**Tactical campaign implementation**
- Develop and drive the marketing calendar for each sector.
- Accountability for all marketing activity within this space including advertising, editorial, collateral, content, promotions, internal and external communications etc.
- Ownership of digital strategy for these sectors including content, podcasts and video production.
- Prepare documentation for product distribution (e.g. brochures, Product Disclosure Statements, factsheets etc.
- Work closely with other members of the Product and Product Marketing team to agree prioritisation and timing
- Provide support to the events team in regards to leveraging these events to achieve desired acquisition outcomes for the business.
- Manage the metrics and reporting for relevant initiatives.

**Build and maintain association and supplier relationships**
- Own and build relationships with key national and state industry associations (for example, AVA, ADASA and ADAQ) as well as key suppliers in the medical, dental and veterinary space.
- Manage and negotiate annual agreements and calendar of activities with these associations and suppliers.
- Develop and drive association marketing campaigns and communications.
- Work closely with the events team to execute association and supplier events.
- Host quarterly catch-ups with relevant association contacts and as required with suppliers.
- Manage the budgets in this space.

**Strong sales support**
- Work closely with the State Managers and Sales team members in each of the regions to drive ongoing campaigns and activity in this space.
- Where required, attend Sales Meetings and Sales Strategy days to present and participate.

**About you**
- 3+ years working in a Marketing role.
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related field.
- Good understanding of business banking with a focus on commercial lending products and services.
- Strong marketing acumen across a number of disciplines including campaign management, digital marketing, social and content.
- Demonstrated experience of building and driving successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering positive business and client outcomes.
- Ensures adherence to digital marketing guidelines and policies at all times.
