Channel Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated **Channel Marketing Specialist **to join the team based in Clayton on a **full-time** basis. You will report to Channel Marketing Manager where you will lead profitable and successful, trade marketing, below-the-line and in-store marketing campaigns and activations for the professional painter channel. You will have an ability to partner with stores and field sales teams to achieve share growth in our brands through the professional painter channel, focusing on our PPG COS and trade dealers and directly with Professional Painters, ensuring that the strategies align with the Sales Managers.
**Responsibilities**
**National Promotions**:
Plan and implement national promotions for the professional painter including:
- Catalogue programme
- Seasonal offers - Back to work, Tax Time & Spring
- Low Spend campaigns.
**Store Activations**:
Plan and lead in-store activations to help grow PPG brands COS & trade dealer channels, including:
- New store openings/re-openings
- Trade days
- DIY days
**NPD Launches**:
Plan and guide new product launches for the business, including:
- Sales team roll out and launch events.
- Customer launch events.
- In store activations.
- BTL campaigns.
- Point of Sale execution.
**Loyalty/Incentive Programmes**:
Plan and deliver several incentive programmes for professional painters. Manage all elements of these programmes including agency liaison, B2B comms, event management, collateral design, production, and logistics.
- Full post campaign recommendations for future campaigns based on findings.
- Support professional team for the execution purposes.

- Professional Painter Program
- Qantas Business Rewards
**Field Sales Support**:
Build relationships with professional sales managers and field team to to implement all projects with, including:
- Collateral development
- Pitch decks / hype reels
- Execution/ Product guidelines
- Customer support
**Budgets & ROI Reporting**:
Manage A&P budgets for the assigned projects including tracking and reporting of marketing A&P following instructions from direct manager.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience in shopper, campaign, or brand marketing
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Experience dealing with competing partner interests while managing complexity.
- Project management skills
- Experience working on own projects and as part of a team while building relationships with internal and external partners.
