With our continued growth, we are seeking a learning and development specialist to join our Learning and Development team.

Reporting directly to Learning and Development Manager, this role will be supporting the business through the development and delivery of organisational specific and professional development training.

**About the role**:
The primary duties include:

- The design, development, coordination and facilitation of training programs and materials (Face to face and eLearning modules)
- Assessing instructional effectiveness and reviewing impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Gathering and assessing feedback from trainers and trainees after training sessions
- Maintaining training records

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or an equivalent qualification
- Exceptional in communicating, coaching, guiding and influencing others
- In-depth experience in adult learning principles, design and facilitation preferably from construction, manufacturing, mining or trades or from a variety of industries.
- Experience working with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to develop learning content, activities, assessments and resources
- Have experience developing digital content using, i.e., Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, Camtasia
