- As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining an engaged workforce and supporting various HR initiatives.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Distribute internal communications on status changes, benefits, and company policies.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the HR team and strategic HR initiatives.
- Handle HR cases and reviews promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with company expectations and budgets.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as contracts and job changes.
- Advertise roles on various job boards and platforms.
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
- Provide first-level support for HR systems like Workday and other internal platforms.
- Proactively participate in improvement programs to enhance HR processes.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of Australian HR experience (preferred) or open to HR graduates.
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law, particularly the Fair Work Act.
- Experience with HR information systems, such as Workday (desirable).
- Recruitment administration experience is mandatory.
- Passion and interest in HR with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with systems like Workday, Workday Recruitment, Pronto, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn, and SEEK is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields (desirable).
- National Police Check is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to coordinate and facilitate key stakeholders.
- Approachable, positive, motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
