- As a member of the Maintenance Services Team, support team members across the state by effectively delivering customer services and perform quality assurance activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.We are a diverse and inclusive workplace that understands the importance of flexibility. **Period of Appointment**:
Appointment to the role is on a fixed term flexible (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight) basis for three years.

**Duties**:

- Provide high level administrative support to the Manager Maintenance Services and other members of the Maintenance Services Team, including the preparation of correspondence and other documentation.
- Check a range of documents and systems for accuracy and completeness including damage claims, contractor reports, and financial information.
- Assist Road Network Supervisors to audit Maintenance Contractor activities to ensure that services are delivered to contract requirements.
- Prepare database reports and format documents to appropriate standards.
- Assess works and provide support to members of the Maintenance Services Team in completing tasks in the field as required.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Current driver’s licence.
